Luttons Consultancy Ltd was newly established in October 2009.  It is a business consultancy which assists Companies (from large concerns to family run organisations) who manufacture any product involving processes and people. We look at the business infra-structure, internal procedures (work flow, quality, H & S and ISO written to suit the clients business), management structure and training, relationships (and problems) with supply chain, after sales structure and detailed engineering – all with the aim of increasing profit and securing continued employment by identifying problems and opportunities, implementation of solutions and monitoring benefits.
