NOTICE is hereby given that the next meeting of WEAVERTHORPE PARISH COUNCIL will be held at the VILLAGE HALL, MAIN STREET, WEAVERTHORPE on Monday 16^th January 2012 at 7:00pm and all Members of the said Council are hereby summoned and required to attend to transact the business listed below.

 The meeting will start with a presentation on “Sustainable Weaverthorpe”, an initiative to bring green energy to Weaverthorpe.

 1.         To receive apologies for absence.

 2.         Any items to be raised by members of the public.

 3.         To approve the Minutes of the Meeting of the Parish Council held on 21^st November  2011.

 4.         Matters arising from the above minutes

 5.         Finance: Summary of Accounts.

              i)             to receive the Financial Statement up to January 2012;

              ii)            to approve the accounts due for payment.

 6.         To receive the details of appropriate Correspondence.

 7.         To receive and respond to any Planning Applications.

                i)          Note outcomes relating to recent planning applications;

                ii)         Consider planning applications from Ryedale District Council;

 8.         To receive any updates regarding Police Business.     

 9.         To receive a Parish Plan Update.

 10.       To discuss Any Other Business.
