Miss Ellis has put together some fun games for you to do today as it is too snowy for everyone to get into school.  She says “Have a go at these activities, they are great fun and they will help you learn some new things.”

1) Click on the blue words to find phonics play You will find fantastic letters and sounds activities – when you get to the site click on the yellow button labelled free phonicsplay choose from the free activities

2) Click on the blue words to find topmarks and select an activity

3) Next, how about a go at the activities on ICT games by clicking on the blue words here ictgames literacy 

4) Now have a go at practising your Key Instant Recall Facts target in your home activity book (KIRF).  Click on the blue words for more about KIRF – conkermaths

5) Miss Ellis says “We would love to hear about your snow day activities – Can you draw some pictures to show what you have been doing and/or write about your snow day news?  Bring them in for me to see.”

6) Have a game of Christmas dominoes – print, colour and cut out the dominoes ready to play a game.  You will find the dominoes by clicking on the blue words here Dominoes

7) Can you write a Christmas wish list, a letter to Santa or a recipe for some Christmas treats?  Click on the blue writing and you will find all sorts of special Christmas paper for writing on Special Christmas Paper
